目的了解2010年南京市浦口区居民死因,为制定区域卫生规划提供依据。方法分析2010年死因监测3 397例死亡报告。结果前5位死因顺位为:恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、心脏病、伤害和呼吸系统疾病。各年龄组首位死因,0～4岁为围生期疾病,5～39岁为伤害,40～74岁为恶性肿瘤,75～84岁为脑血管病,85岁以上为心脏病。结论 2010年浦口区人群首位死因为恶性肿瘤,应引起高度重视。
Objective To understand the causes of death of residents in Pukou District in Nanjing in 2010 and provide the basis for the formulation of regional health planning. Methods Analysis of 3 397 deaths from 2010 monitoring of cause of death. Results The top 5 causes of death were: cancer, cerebrovascular disease, heart disease, injuries and respiratory diseases. The first cause of death in all age groups, 0 to 4 years of age as a perinatal disease, 5 to 39 years old as a injury, 40 to 74 years old as a malignant tumor, 75 to 84 years of cerebrovascular disease, 85 years of age as a heart disease. Conclusion The first death of the population in Pukou District in 2010 was malignant tumor, which should be given high priority.
