目的:探讨氨溴索雾化吸入对治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法:将86例社区获得性肺炎患者随机分为3组,治疗组1(氨溴索雾化吸入组),治疗组2(氨溴索静脉滴注组),对照组(0.9%氯化钠注射液雾化吸入组)。结果:治疗组1和治疗组2的痰液量在治疗后呈先增多后减少的变化,痰液黏度变稀薄,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组1、治疗组2与对照组比较,痰液量及黏稠度均有差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组1与治疗组2在患者症状、体征改善时间及平均住院天数均比对照组缩短,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氨溴索雾化吸入效果与静脉注射效果相当,但临床上应用更为方便,起效快,减少静脉注射可能带来的不良反应。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of inhalation of ambroxol on community-acquired pneumonia. Compared with the control group, the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 had shorter symptoms and better signs and symptoms and longer average length of stay than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The inhalation effect of ambroxol is equivalent to that of intravenous injection, but its clinical application is more convenient and rapid onset of action, reducing the possible adverse reactions caused by intravenous injection.
