采用失重法、极化曲线外推法和计算机处理法,测定了直链低分子胺类在B_2钢-H_2SO_4体系中的缓蚀效率,后两法用阴极极化数据计算时较为正确。在不考虑空间效应的条件下,缓蚀作用随碳链长度和氮原子上的烷基数而增加。 有机胺类对腐蚀的阴、阳极局部反应都有抑制作用,但I_e大于I_(ao)试验证明,I_a与∑O~*、I_B有很好的相关性;I_e则与pK_a有一定的对应关系。有机胺类是一种典型的吸附型缓蚀剂。
The inhibition efficiency of linear low molecular amines in B_2 steel-H_2SO_4 system was determined by weight loss method, polarization curve extrapolation method and computer processing method. The latter two methods are more correct when calculated with cathodic polarization data. Without considering the space effect, the corrosion inhibition increases with the carbon chain length and the number of alkyl groups on the nitrogen atom. Organic amines have inhibitory effect on the local reaction of anodic and cathodic corrosion, but I_e is greater than I_ (ao) test, I_a and ΣO ~ *, I_B have a good correlation; I_e and pK_a have a certain correspondence . Organic amines are a typical type of adsorption inhibitors.
