班主任是班级的核心,在班级管理中起着主导性作用。本文结合笔者多年担任班主任的经验,从几个方面出发,阐述了提高现阶段职高班主任班级管理效率的策略。
Class teacher is the core of the class, plays a leading role in class management. Based on the writer’s experience of serving as a class teacher for many years, this article elaborates strategies to improve the class management efficiency of current senior high school teachers from several aspects.
