目的 探讨外路小梁切开术治疗先天性青光眼的疗效。方法 由外Schlemm管断端插入小梁切开器切开Schlemm管内壁及小梁网 ,范围 12 0°。对 3例 (6只眼 )先天性青光眼进行治疗观察 ,随访 3个月。结果 术后患者症状消失。角膜横径及杯 盘比无扩大。眼压控制在 13 35～ 17.30mmHg。随访 3个月后控制良好。结论 外路小梁切开术是一种有效的治疗先天性青光眼的方法
Objective To investigate the curative effect of trabeculectomy on congenital glaucoma. Methods The Schlemm tube was cut into the trabecular meshwork through the trabecular incision at the end of the Schlemm tube, with a range of 120 °. Three patients (6 eyes) with congenital glaucoma were treated and followed up for 3 months. Results postoperative symptoms disappeared. Corneal diameter and cup than no expansion. Intraocular pressure control in 1335 ~ 17.30mmHg. Followed up for 3 months after good control. Conclusion Trabeculectomy is an effective method for the treatment of congenital glaucoma
