本文报导轴承套圈冷挤压工艺和模具的试验研究结果,并计算了挤压变形力.提出利用阶梯型组合凹模可解决模具破裂问题,此种模具结构还可推广应用于类似零件的冷挤压.
This paper reports the experimental results of the cold extrusion process of the bearing rings and the mold, and calculates the extrusion deformation force.The proposed method can solve the problem of mold rupture by using the combination of the concave and the concave mold, which can also be applied to the cold extrusion.
