目的探究慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液的治疗体会。方法收集2016年1月至2016年6月我院收治的40例慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液患者为研究对象,将上述患者随机分为两组,对照组接受西医治疗,观察组接受中西医联合治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率(95.0%)显著高于对照组(60.0%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度(95.0%)显著高于对照组(55.0%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎合并盆腔积液效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease complicated with pelvic fluid. Methods From January 2016 to June 2016, 40 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital were selected as study subjects. The above patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received Western medical treatment. The observation group received Integrative Medicine Treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate (95.0%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (60.0%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction in the observation group (95.0%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (55.0%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrative medicine treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with pelvic effusion effect is significant, worthy of clinical promotion.
