财政支出是政府宏观经济调控的重要内容,合理的财政支出结构是推动经济和社会发展的重要保证。本文从多个角度分析了昆明市西山区从2002年至2007年的预算支出,见证了我国西南部地区公共财政转型所取得的成就,并从支出结构优化、进一步完善预算编制和国库单一账户制度改革等几个方面提出建议。
