当前,大学生村官流失问题备受社会关注。在大学生村官的出路问题上,留村任职是一条村官欢迎、群众认可、基层满意的途径,在新农村建设的背景下具有积极意义。但目前在鼓励大学生村官留村任职方面缺乏比较有效的制度设计。本文以萧山区大学生村官群体为样本开展专题调研,认为可以从优化选聘方式、强化主体意识、培养留任能力、拓宽留任渠道、完善激励机制等几个方面入手,构建和完善大学生村官留村任职机制。
At present, the loss of college students village official attention. This paper takes Xiaoshan District college village officials as a sample to conduct a special survey, that can optimize the hiring methods, enhance the sense of subjectivity, cultivate retention ability, broaden the retention channels, improve the incentive mechanism, and several other aspects, to build and improve the village official Village service mechanism.
