调查了口腔诊室采用超声波洁治时的空气污染情况。洁治开始前,诊室空气细菌培养平均为1.84个菌落(细菌数483.01个/m ̄3),而洁治开始后2小时平均为4.65个菌落(细菌数1220.66个/m ̄3)。两者差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。本文采用0.1%洗必泰作为冷却水源以及洁治前含漱3%过氧化氢液这两种消毒措施,结果与未采取措施相比空气菌落数差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),而且前者效果优于后者,差别也有显著性意义(P<0.01).
Investigated the oral clinic using ultrasonic cleaning air pollution situation. Before the start of the regimen, the average bacterial culture in the clinics was 1.84 colonies (483.01 bacteria / m ~ 3 bacteria), while the mean colonization was 4.65 bacteria (1220.66 bacteria / M ~ 3). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). In this paper, 0.1% chlorhexidine as a cooling water source and 3% hydrogen peroxide before cleansing disinfection measures, the results compared with the lack of measures have significant differences in the number of air colonies (P <0 .01), and the former is better than the latter, the difference is also significant (P <0.01).
