他是陶行知的学生,也是双枪老太婆的战友他是一介书生,却提枪参加华蓥山武装斗争他就是易元祺烈士,牺牲时年仅24岁——易元祺烈士(1925-1949),男,1925年4月25日出生在重庆市合川区草街镇。1940年进入育才学校社会科学组学习,在陶行知先生生活教育的培育和中共地下党的引导下,1948年加入中国共产党,参加华蓥山起义。在大竹县中山区做筹集经费、运送枪弹、传递机要文件等重要工作。工作期间,他把母亲陪嫁的金银手饰全都捐了出来投入到工作中,机智勇敢地闯过敌人无数关卡。1949年夏,在和敌人的战斗中,打光所有子弹后被捕,酷刑中坚贞不屈,慷慨就义于大竹县文星乡,时年24岁。
