通过福建省南部八个县市和广东省一个县调查,日本棘隙吸虫的人感染率为4.9％,狗感染率39.7％,猫感染率9.5％,证实本虫在福建、广东等省区一些地区的分布与流行。检查本虫第二中间宿主草鱼等七种淡水鱼类3,459尾,阳性2,906尾,平均感染率为80.1％,其中以麦穗鱼感染率最高,为88.8％。 实验感染4只狗,4只猫,15只小鼠,3只大鼠,4只金色仓鼠,1只豚鼠及本文第一作者,均获成功。虫卵首次检出时间,分别为感染后第5～9天。此虫主要寄生在宿主小肠中、下段。
Through the investigation of eight counties and cities in southern Fujian Province and one county in Guangdong Province, the human infection rate of Japanese echinococcosis was 4.9%, the infection rate of dogs was 39.7% and the cat infection rate was 9.5%, confirming that the insects were found in Fujian and Guangdong provinces Regional distribution and popularity. The number of freshwater fish, including grass carp, was the second intermediate host, 3,459, with 2,906 positives, the average infection rate was 80.1%. Among them, the highest infection rate was wheat malformation (88.8%). Four dogs, four cats, fifteen mice, three rats, four golden hamsters, one guinea pig and the first author of this experiment were successfully infected.
