固相微萃取技术是一项新型的提取技术 ,它具有很多的优点 :需样量少、简单、快捷、以及无需溶剂等。为了解苦菜中的挥发性成分的抗便秘作用 ,用固相微萃取 -气质联用方法对挥发成分进行了定性分析及定量测定。该法采用顶空固相微萃取技术 ,用 65μm聚乙二醇 -二乙烯基苯萃取纤维头取样 ,在 2 5℃下萃取 3 0 m in。通过实验 ,得出以下结论 :本实验通过65μm CW-DV B固相微萃取 GC-MS方法鉴定了苦菜挥发性成分中的 41种化合物 ,主要包括戊酸乙酯 ,顺 -3 -己烯基异戊酸 ,苯乙烯 ,3 -甲基丁酸乙酯 ,3 -甲基丁酸乙酯等 ,经文献检索尚未发现这些物质有“缓解便秘”的报道 ;对苦菜的营养成分分析发现 :其粗纤维含量较高 ;苦菜具有很高的营养价值 ,适合进行综合开发
Solid-phase microextraction is a novel extraction technique that offers many advantages: small sample size, simplicity, speed, and solvent-free performance. In order to understand the anti-constipation effect of volatile components in bitter herbs, the volatile components were qualitatively analyzed and quantitatively determined by solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
