常州东风印染厂是全国纺织印染行业的骨干企业,现有职工2300名,1986年印染布产量1亿多米,产值超过2亿元,实现利税达2200多万元,人均创汇1万美元。党的十一届三中全会以来,特别是1982年常州市实行经济体制综合改革试点以来,该厂认真贯彻党和国家的各项改革政策措施,勇于探索,大胆实践,在深化企业改革方面取得了成效。
