本文报道了采用高效离子色谱法(HIC)测定食品中的硝酸盐及亚硝酸盐,方法简便,快速,灵敏,抗干扰能力强,能同时分析测定硝酸根及亚硝酸根,最低检出浓度为1mg/kg。
This paper reports the determination of nitrate and nitrite in food by high performance ion chromatography (HIC). The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and anti-interference ability. It can simultaneously analyze and measure nitrate and nitrite. The lowest detection concentration is 1 mg / kg.
