目的对出生后0~56d的清洁级FVB小鼠和Fmr1基因敲除雄性小鼠的体重和体长指标进行分析比较,同时比较出生后28d的睾丸大小变化。方法挑选10周龄FVB小鼠和Fmr1基因敲除小鼠各20只(雌、雄各半),采取1∶1同居,全同胞兄妹近交繁殖,测定雄性子代生长发育指标,进行统计分析。结果出生后0~56d清洁级Fmr1基因敲除雄性小鼠体重与体长的增长与FVB小鼠差异无统计学意义(t=0.93,t=1.24,P>0.05),但出生后28d的FVB小鼠和Fmr1基因敲除雄性小鼠睾丸大小差别有统计学意义(t=4.12,P<0.05)。结论 Fmr1基因敲除不影响雄性小鼠正常的体重和体长的发育,但出生后28d的Fmr1基因敲除小鼠有巨睾征。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the body weight and body length of clean-grade FVB mice and Fmr1 knockout male mice from 0 to 56 days after birth, and to compare the size of testis at 28 days after birth. Methods FVB mice (10 weeks old) and Fmr1 knockout mice (20 males and half males) were selected and inoculated with 1: 1 cohabitation siblings. The growth and development of male offspring were measured and statistically analyzed . Results There was no significant difference in body weight and body length of Fmr1 knockout male mice from 0 to 56 days after birth (P> 0.05), but the FVB of 28 days after birth There was a significant difference in testicular size between mice and Fmr1 knockout male mice (t = 4.12, P <0.05). Conclusion Fmr1 gene knockout does not affect the normal body weight and body length of male mice, but Fmr1 knockout mice possesses symptoms of giant testis 28 days after birth.
