自然选择和人工选择是达尔文学说的主导思想,是生物界进化发展的动力。所以在讲达尔文学说时这两个内容是非常重要的,特别是自然选择。根据好多先生反映,讲人选择时,材料很具体并且直观生动,同学们很容易接受,但讲到自然选择时,虽然也结合着很好的例子,如大风海岛上的无翅或微弱翅的昆虫等,把理论交代清楚了,但同学们则往往感到抽象.因此,在教学过程中,应该为这个课题准备一些比较接近的例子,或先生自己做几个实验结合到教学里去,当是有必要的.这方面的实验可做的很多,现在愿把我计划做的2个简单实验略作介绍,和大家共同研讨。这实验的目的在证明自然选择的存在和生物的适应性都是自然选择的结果。
