我国非灌溉旱作农业技术体系由以下七个体系构成:(1)总结推广现有成功的技术经验;(2)旱地环境控制的技术体系;(3)以生物机能提高环境水资源利用效率的技术体系;(4)土壤培肥的技术体系;(5)试验与推广适用于旱作农业的新技术体系;(6)旱地水资源管理的技术体系;(7)农村能源建设的技术体系。 目前可应用推广的旱作农业节水技术主要有: 旱地农田基本建设技术——农林牧农业统一规划,山、水、田、林、路合理布局;平整土地,修水平梯田,把跑水、跑肥、跑土的“三跑田”变成“三保田”。新修梯田时做到死土搬家,活动还原,增施有机底肥。 旱地农田土壤旱耕作技术——季节适时耕作,坡耕地集水耕作技术,少耕免耕法等。
