诊状:XCT—191、K、0~1100℃、1级仪表在运行中发生故障.仪表温度指示正常,但由于PID调节电路板发生故障,使与之配套的ZK—100可控硅电压调整器“自动”调节不能工作,影响到结晶机的温度控制.一、仪表故障检查经查,仪表无信号输出,以致影响到ZK—100仪表改变触发脉冲的相移来控制晶闸管的导通角,故使整套设备不能正常进行温度控制.拆下XCT—191仪表,用校验讯号发生器及电位差计进行校检,仪表示值误差及变差均在精度允差范围内.后又检查XCT—191仪表调节动作.按图1所示接好检查电路.
