本文在分析汉江上游洪水地区组成的基础上,提出了石泉、安康两水库联合防洪调度的设想.采用控制两水库蓄洪量之比的办法,由石泉对安康进行错峰调度,在很少占用石泉水库防洪库容的情况下,比较有效地减轻了洪水对安康水库的威胁.联合调度结果表明,采用石泉、安康两水库联合防洪调度,具有较大的防洪效益.
Based on the analysis of the composition of the upper reaches of the Han River flood area, this paper proposes the idea of joint flood control and dispatching of Shiquan and Ankang reservoirs. By controlling the ratio of flood storage capacity of two reservoirs, Shiquan carried out peak shifting scheduling of Ankang, Under the condition of reservoir flood control capacity, the threat of flood to Ankang Reservoir is reduced more effectively.The result of joint operation shows that the combination of Shiquan and Ankang reservoirs combined with flood control has great flood control benefits.
