酶组织化学和细胞化学在过去的三十余年得到了较大的发展,迄今,在光镜和电镜下均能检出的线粒体酶已达二十余种,而特异性较强,能作为线粒体标志酶的只有琥珀酸脱氢酶和细胞色素氧化酶两种。本文就这两种酶的组织化学和细胞化学在心肌病理学中应用研究的现状做一简略的概述。酶组织化学和细胞化学方法不同于生物化学方法,它可不破坏组织、细胞的结构,原位检测酶的活性,了解酶的功能状态与组织、细胞结构的关系
Enzymatic histochemistry and cytochemistry in the past thirty years has been a great development, so far, under light and electron microscopy can detect more than twenty kinds of mitochondrial enzymes, but the specificity is strong, as Mitochondrial enzymes only succinate dehydrogenase and cytochrome oxidase two. This article gives a brief overview of the status of application of histochemistry and cytochemistry of these two enzymes in cardiopathology. Enzymatic histochemistry and cytochemical methods are different from biochemical methods, it does not undermine the organization, the structure of cells, in situ detection of enzyme activity, understand the enzyme function and tissue, cell structure of the relationship
