Mammalian sperm nuclear DNA packaging, unlike the mitotic chromosomes and the nucleus DNA packaging of the liver, and the parallel linear arrangement model. Mammalian sperm nuclei have complex structural components, and nuclear matrix and nucleus specifically organize DNA in order to enrich the chromatin of sperm. This article aims to introduce mammalian sperm DNA packaging and tissue characteristics.
