食品卫生监督员培训是培养人才的重要手段和有效途径,但也存在着一些问题,一是部分食品监督员对培训目的不明确,学习态度不端正、重文凭、轻水平,重学历、轻培训,被动接受考核的思想仍然存在,缺乏求知上进,自觉提高自身素质的积极性;二是缺乏配套的政策、措施和激励机制,没有长远的规划、目标和具体的组织实施步骤,因而成效不明显。为此,提高食品卫生监督员素质,搞好监督员培训要做好以下几方面的工作。
Food hygiene supervisor training is an important means and an effective way to train qualified personnel. However, there are also some problems.
