许多年来,在我国国民经济管理工作中,一个主要倾向性的问题是对价值规律的重要意义认识不足,对价值规律尊重不够,因而给我国经济建设带来了一定的损失。今天,在我们总结过去经验教训,进行伟大的经济改革中,如何改进计划工作,把计划经济和市场经济结合起来,做到充分利用价值规律的作用,对加快实现四个现代化具有重要的意义。
For many years, one of the major tendencies in our country’s national economic management work has been the lack of understanding of the importance of the law of value and the lack of respect for the law of value, which has brought some losses to our country’s economic construction. Today, as we summed up our past experiences and lessons and conducted great economic reforms, how to improve our planning work and combine the planned economy with the market economy so that we can make full use of the law of value is of great significance to accelerating the realization of the four modernizations.
