目的:探讨病毒性心肌炎的临床诊断及治疗措施,分析其临床特点。方法以我院2009年1月～2011年12月临床确诊为病毒性心肌炎患者58例为研究对象,结合临床资料分析病毒性心肌炎的诊治方案及进展。结果经综合治疗8周后,58例患者病毒感染症状消失,心肌损害症状得到有效控制,心排出量(CO)、心指数(CI)较治疗前明显改善,均得到治愈。结论采取综合治疗的措施对于病毒性心肌炎患者能尽早的利于其康复和心功能改善,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of viral myocarditis and analyze its clinical features. Methods 58 cases of viral myocarditis clinically diagnosed in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011 were selected as research objects, and the clinical data were analyzed for the diagnosis and treatment of viral myocarditis. Results After 8 weeks of comprehensive treatment, the symptoms of viral infection in 58 patients disappeared and the symptoms of myocardial damage were effectively controlled. The cardiac output (CO) and cardiac index (CI) were significantly improved after treatment, and were cured. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment measures for the benefit of patients with viral myocarditis as soon as possible to facilitate their rehabilitation and improvement of cardiac function, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
