本文论证了技术引进和自主开发具有辩证统一的关系。二者相辅相成,引进连接着开发,开发中包含着引进。技术引进是基础,消化吸收引进技术是关键,自主开发是根本、是动力。只有在技术引进的基础上加强自主开发的力度,创建具有特色的技术能力,才能大力发展民族产业,提高我国的科技水平。
