商务部7月14日公布2011年第二批一般贸易稀土出口配额,共计15738吨(2010年第二批配额7976吨,2011年第一批稀土出口配额为14446吨)。商务部外贸司负责人表示,2011年第二批稀土出口配额下达给符合2011年稀土出口配额申领条件的企业。配额安排主要依据各企业2008年至2010年的出口实绩。为体现向生产企业倾斜的原则,配额安排适当参考生产企业2009年度出口供货量。
On July 14, the Ministry of Commerce announced the second batch of rare earth export quotas for general trade in 2011 in a total amount of 15,738 tons (7976 tons for the second tranche in 2010 and the first batch of rare earth export quotas for 2011: 14,446 tons). Ministry of Commerce Foreign Trade Department official said in 2011 the second batch of rare earth export quotas issued to meet the 2011 rare earth export quotas to apply for the conditions of enterprises. The quota arrangement is mainly based on the export performance of each enterprise from 2008 to 2010. In order to reflect the principle of favoring manufacturers, the quota arrangement refers to the 2009 export volume of production enterprises as appropriate.
