现阶段人们普遍进入小康社会,随着生活水平提高的同时,人们对建筑的安全性亦给予了高度的重视。而建筑管理作为建筑施工中的重要部分,甚至可以说建筑管理这道工序是整个建筑的质量保证。提供管理水平是打造一套优良建筑物的基础,因此建筑师们应认真履行好自己的职责,提高责任意识,使高质量的观念在他们脑海中根深蒂固。建筑管理不当将对整个施工带来巨大的影响,不仅影响到建筑施工的进度,也会给质量方面造成很大的缺陷。因此纠出其存在的问题或找出不足并及时提出解决的措施具有重要的现实意义。
