时光荏苒,不知不觉我已经在教育岗位上走过了1 2个年头。12年前,刚刚从大学毕业的我怀揣着对教育事业的热爱和满腔的热情离开东北老家来到上海,成为了一名新上海人。在学校领导的关心,同事们的帮助下,专家的引领下,我从一个青年教师逐渐成长为一名区级骨干教师;从一名年轻班主任逐渐成长为年级组长,成长为德育助理;不知不觉送走了一批又一批的学生,我也人到中年,12年里有太多的改变,但唯一不变的是我对教育的热爱,对教育
Time flies, unknowingly I have been in education for more than 12 years. Twelve years ago, I just graduated from college with my passion for education and enthusiasm and left the northeast hometown to come to Shanghai and become a new Shanghai native. Under the leadership of the school, with the help of my colleagues and under the guidance of the experts, I gradually grew up from a young teacher to a district-level backbone teacher. From a young teacher in charge, I gradually grew to a grade leader and became an assistant to moral education. Unconsciously sent a group after group of students, I also middle-aged, there are too many changes in 12 years, but the only constant is my love for education, education
