当今时代,传统的四大媒体报刊、电视、广播、户外已经逐渐沦为附庸,取代他们地位的是第五媒体——新媒体。而这种以数字技术为基础,以网络作为载体进行的传播方式每时每刻都在人们身边进行着信息层面的冲击。笔者曾写过一篇名为“新媒体形式下的靶子论”的文章,根据靶子论(注1)本身的定义,如今的受众即为靶子,而从四面八方涌来的信息则为子弹,在这种冲击下受众会由一开始的盲目信服进而学会甄别真假最后逐渐麻木。而作为新闻的策划者和编辑者,如何让新闻能脱颖而出,不再成为被受众摈弃的部分,这里需要的是彰显新闻本身的“个性”。
