以12种质地、有机质、全氮、碳氮比不同的土壤进行盆栽试验,并用不同方法测定土壤的供氮能力,研究作物吸收氮与土壤测定值之间的关系。结果表明,作物吸收氮与土壤中的硝态氮有较好的一致性,而与铵态氮关系不大。淹水培养所矿化的氮素难以反映非淹水条件下土壤的供氮水平。通气培养2周所矿化的氮素与KCl煮沸法浸取的氮素均与作物吸收氮高度相关,且两者间有密切关系。这两种方法测定的氮素在反映土壤供氮能力上有同样价值。
Pot experiments were conducted with 12 different soils with different organic matter, total N and C / N ratios. Soil nitrogen supply was determined by different methods. The relationship between nitrogen uptake by crops and soil measurements was studied. The results showed that crop nitrogen uptake was in good agreement with nitrate nitrogen in soil, but not with ammonium nitrogen. It is difficult to reflect the level of nitrogen supplied by soils under flooded condition. Nitrogen mineralization during two weeks of aeration culture and nitrogen extracted by KCl boiling method are highly correlated with nitrogen uptake of crops, and there is a close relationship between the two. Nitrogen measured by these two methods has the same value in reflecting the ability of soil to supply nitrogen.
