习语源自生活,是人们在劳动过程中根据自己的亲身经历或是经验逐渐创造出来的,它们蕴含着大量的文化信息,对一个民族或是一门语言来讲有非常重要的意义。不同的地理环境和民族文化,造就了中英迥异的饮食背景。本文从对中英两国的习语进行筛选,选择其中的饮食部分,以饮食为切入点,进行了研究和比较。期望使中英两国跨文化交流者在各自居留国能够更好地了解双方的文化,更快地融入到双方的文化之中。
Idioms originate from life and are gradually created by people according to their personal experience or experience in the labor process. They contain a great deal of cultural information and are of great significance to a nation or a language. Different geographical environment and national culture, created a very different diet of Chinese and English background.
