部分脊髓型颈椎病与肌萎缩侧索硬化容易混淆。为总结经验,兹将我们所见脊髓型颈椎病(下称髓型颈椎病)55例与肌萎缩侧索硬化(下称ALS)21例作一比较和分析。

Some cervical myelopathy and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis easily confused. To summarize our experience, we will compare 55 cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy (hereinafter referred to as myeloid cervical spondylosis) and 21 cases of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) for comparison and analysis.
