[目的]研究糙米中重金属镉含量与水稻植株中镉积累的关系。[方法]以6个水稻品种为试材,设置5个土壤镉浓度处理的盆栽试验,对水稻糙米中重金属镉的积累与水稻植株间的相关性进行了研究。[结果]水稻糙米与水稻植株分蘖期的重金属镉含量的相关系数没有达到显著相关;出穗期,只有水稻茎秆中的镉含量与糙米的相关系数为显著相关;在水稻的成熟期,水稻糙米与水稻植株镉含量的相关系数在土壤镉含量较低时都为显著相关,而在较高浓度时,只有水稻的茎秆与糙米镉含量的相关系数达到显著相关。[结论]水稻糙米中的镉含量只与水稻植株中的茎秆的镉含量有关联。选择茎镉含量低的水稻品种,可得到糙米对重金属镉低积累的水稻品种。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the relationship between heavy metal cadmium content in brown rice and cadmium accumulation in rice plants. [Method] With 6 rice cultivars as test materials, five pot experiments were set up to study the relationship between Cd accumulation in rice brown rice and rice plants. [Result] The correlation coefficient between heavy metal cadmium content of rice brown rice and rice plant tillering stage did not reach significant correlation. At the heading stage, only the cadmium content in rice stem was significantly correlated with the correlation coefficient of brown rice. At the ripening stage of rice, The correlation coefficients of cadmium content in brown rice and rice plants were significantly correlated when the content of cadmium in soil was low, while at higher concentration, only the correlation coefficient of cadmium content in stems and brown rice reached a significant correlation. [Conclusion] The content of cadmium in rice brown rice was only related to the cadmium content of stem in rice plant. Select rice varieties with low stem and cadmium content, we can get brown rice heavy metal cadmium accumulation of rice varieties.
