目的观察丙烯酰胺(acrylamide,ACR)亚慢性染毒对大鼠运动功能和学习记忆能力的影响。方法将27只健康清洁级Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为对照组(生理盐水)和低(20 mg/kg)、高剂量(40 mg/kg)ACR染毒组,每组9只。采用腹腔注射方式进行染毒,染毒容量为2 ml/kg,每周染毒3次,连续染毒8周。每周测量大鼠体重,进行步态评分、负重游泳试验、握力试验和水迷宫试验。结果丙烯酰胺染毒可引起大鼠体重减轻(P<0.05),步态评分增高(P<0.05),负重游泳试验时间缩短(P<0.05),握力试验时间缩短(P<0.05),水迷宫试验潜伏期延长(P<0.05)和游泳路程增加(P<0.05)。结论丙烯酰胺可引起大鼠运动功能和学习记忆能力降低。
Objective To observe the effects of acrylamide (ACR) subchronic exposure on motor function and learning and memory in rats. Methods Twenty-seven healthy Wistar male rats were randomly divided into control group (saline) and low (20 mg / kg) and high dose (40 mg / kg) ACR groups, with 9 rats in each group. By intraperitoneal injection of exposure, exposure capacity of 2 ml / kg, three times a week exposure, continuous exposure for 8 weeks. Rats were weighed weekly, gait scores, weight-bearing swimming test, grip strength test and water maze test. Results Acrylamide exposure could cause weight loss in rats (P <0.05), increase gait score (P <0.05), shortened swimming time (P <0.05), shortened grip time (P <0.05) Latency (P <0.05) and swimming distance increased (P <0.05). Conclusion Acrylamide can reduce the motor function and learning and memory in rats.
