目的研究狗牙根Cynodon dactylon全草的化学成分。方法采用各种柱色谱方法对狗牙根化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果从狗牙根95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位中分离得到12个芪类二聚体,分别鉴定为leachianol G(1)、leachianol F(2)、parthenostilbenin B(3)、parthenostilbenin A(4)、restrytisol B(5)、caraphenol C(6)、pallidol(7)、laetevirenol A(8)、quadrangularin B(9)、quadrangularin C(10)、quadrangularin A(11)、parthenocissine A(12)。结论化合物1~12为首次从狗牙根属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Cynodon dactylon whole plant. Methods The chemical constituents of Bermudagrass were isolated and purified by various column chromatographic methods. Their structures were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Twelve stilbene dimers were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of bermudagrass roots and identified as leachianol G (1), leachianol F (2), parthenostilbenin B (3) and parthenostilbenin A 4, restrytisol B (5), caraphenol C (6), pallidol (7), laetevirenol A (8), quadrangularin B (9), quadrangularin C (10), quadrangularin A (11), parthenocissine A (12). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 12 were isolated from Cynodon genus for the first time.
