目的探讨CRT@bacteria龋病活跃性检测法(Ivoclar Vivadent Inc.)反映幼儿患龋现状及预测龋病进展状况的能力。方法复旦大学上海医学院幼儿园104名3岁幼儿为研究对象,连续3年口腔检查,连续两年CRT@bacteria龋病活跃性检测(同时半定量检测变形链球菌和乳杆菌),分别记录患龋率、龋补牙数(dft)和龋补牙面数(dfs),以及CRT-MS/LB等级分度。结果 CRT-MS/LB各度分布状况在两次检测中无显著性差异。CRT-MS/LB各度间患龋率、dft和dfs均有高度显著性差异,与dft、dfs呈高度正相关性。CRT-M S/LB首检各度与1~2年后的dft和dfs增量高度正相关。结论 CRT@bacteria检测法能较准确地反映幼儿患龋现状,在预测龋病进展方面有较好的可信性和稳定性,对幼儿龋病的防治工作有一定的指导作用。与CRT-LB相比,CRT-MS在预测幼儿龋病进展方面更准确、更稳定。
Objective To investigate the ability of Ivoclar Vivadent Inc. to reflect the prevalence of caries in young children and to predict the progression of caries status. Methods A total of 104 3-year-old children from the Nursery School of Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University were enrolled in this study. The caries were tested for oral activity for 3 consecutive years. The caries activity of CRT @ bacteria (semi-quantitative detection of Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacilli) Rate, dental caries (dft) and dental caries (dfs), and CRT-MS / LB grade indexing. Results There was no significant difference in the distribution of each degree of CRT-MS / LB between the two tests. There was a highly significant difference between dft and dfs in caries prevalence between CRT-MS / LB and positive correlation with dft and dfs. The positive correlation between the CRT-M S / LB first test and the increment of dft and dfs 1-2 years later. Conclusion CRT @ bacteria detection method can accurately reflect the status of caries in young children, and has a good reliability and stability in predicting the progress of caries, which can guide the prevention and treatment of caries in young children. Compared with CRT-LB, CRT-MS is more accurate and stable in predicting the progression of caries in young children.
