目的探析全科医生团队健康管理运用在社区高血压患者的临床效果。方法选择深圳市宝安区石岩人民医院社区健康服务中心收治的200例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,所有患者均符合原发性高血压诊断标准,对其进行全科医生团队健康管理,比较干预前后治疗效果。结果所有患者均顺利完成全科医生健康管理,与干预前相比,干预后患者的舒张压和收缩压明显下降,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比较干预前而言,干预后患者的依从性高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上给予社区高血压患者全科医生团队健康管理,不仅可以对患者的血压进行有效控制,还能提高患者依从性,确保治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of general management team health management in community-based hypertensive patients. Methods A total of 200 patients with essential hypertension were enrolled in the community health service center of Shiyan People’s Hospital of Bao’an District of Shenzhen City. Conclusion The clinical management of GP team in community hypertensive patients can not only effectively control the blood pressure of patients, but also improve patient compliance and ensure the therapeutic effect.
