所谓的《餐饮服务与管理》课程是指以餐饮服务、酒店管理等内容为基础,帮助学生形成良好的酒店管理意识,指导学生毕业后从事餐饮行业等的中职类课程。随着新课改的不断实施,《餐饮服务与管理》课程逐步成为中职学校酒店管理类专业的核心课程,在很大程度上决定了学生的综合素质和职业能力等。因此,研究《餐饮服务与管理》课程的教学改革过程具有极其重要的意义,现本文就在目前教学改革现状的基础上,尝试提出了几点浅薄的建议,以期更好地促进《餐饮服务与管理》课程的改革,力图实现学生的全面发展。
The so-called “Catering Services and Management” course is based on catering services, hotel management and other content-based, to help students develop a good sense of hotel management, guidance in post-graduate catering industry and other vocational courses. With the continuous implementation of the new curriculum reform, “Catering Services and Management” course has gradually become the core course of hotel management specialty in secondary vocational schools, to a large extent determines the overall quality of students and professional ability. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the process of teaching reform in “Catering Services and Management” course. Now based on the current teaching reform status, this paper tries to put forward some superficial suggestions in order to promote “Catering Services and Management Management ”curriculum reform, trying to achieve the all-round development of students.
