1.病例介绍 孕妇25岁,孕2产0,第一胎怀孕50天左右因生气服用了大量避孕药,在此期间没进行任何检查,足月自然分娩一畸形儿,无下肢及生殖器。半年后再次怀孕,孕3个多月时曾在外院行B超检查,未见异常。此次超声检查显示:单胎妊娠,头位,胎心正常。双顶径7.4cm,胸径7.6cm,腹径9.7cm,股骨4.5cm,头颅及背柱未见异常,胎盘位于子宫前壁,其位置、厚度、回声正常,羊水深度10.1cm(羊水内透声差,可见细密点状
