清洗,在机械制造行业中是一门专业技术,国外工业发达国家,都很重视消洗工艺的研究开发,根据不同产品和要求,确定不同的清洗方式和设备。而我国,普遍忽视清洗工艺的研究,大多仍沿用落后的手工操作,劳动强度大,清洗质量低,特别是影响精密机械产品精度,使质量不稳定。因此,改变目前我国清洗领域的落后现状已刻不容缓。鉴于此,本文就常用的清洗工艺及动态作一介绍。
