培养肝细胞在体外用高速枪弹压力波致伤,观察压力波对肝细胞白蛋白mRNA的影响。结果发现伤后肝细胞白蛋白mRNA及白蛋白含量下降,脂质过氧化物升高,上清液中谷丙转氨酶水平增高上述改变的幅度与所受压力大小有关,压力大者对细胞损伤更明显。压力波引起细胞损伤的机制可能与它对细胞的直接破损作用及引发自由基反应等有关。
The cultured hepatocytes were injured by high-speed bullet pressure wave in vitro and the effect of pressure wave on the mRNA of hepatocyte albumin was observed. The results showed that after liver injury, albumin mRNA and albumin levels decreased, lipid peroxides increased, and the level of alanine aminotransferase in the supernatant increased. The magnitude of the change was related to the magnitude of the stress. The greater the pressure, the more obvious the cell damage . The mechanism of pressure wave induced cell damage may be related to its direct damage to cells and the initiation of free radical reactions.
