P_(16)基因是近几年发现的新抑癌基因,又称多种肿瘤抑制因子(MTS_1),其缺失和突变与多种肿瘤的发生密切相关。为了探讨P_(16)基因在白血病中的作用,对31例白血病和9例营养性贫血骨髓细胞进行P_(16)基因表达的检测。 1 材料与方法 1.1 病例:40例患者均为我院住院病人,年龄13~72岁,男24例,女16例;按FAB分,ALL组13例,其中L_16例,L_24例,L_33例;CML急淋变6例;AML组12例,其中M_12例,M_23例,M_44例,M_54例,M_61例;营养性贫血组9例。 1.2 标本收集:取骨髓液2ml,置肝素抗凝的PBS液中,缓慢注入淋巴细胞分离液,离心,PBS洗涤,再离心,弃上清液,收集单个核细胞,进行标记染
The P_(16) gene is a novel tumor suppressor gene discovered in recent years. It is also known as a variety of tumor suppressor (MTS_1). Its deletion and mutation are closely related to the occurrence of multiple tumors.
