结果A组和B组的TRF和PAB水平均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.01),A组水平低于B组(P<0.05)。
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum transferrin (TRF) and prealbumin (PAB) in carriers of hepatitis B virus (HBV). Methods 212 carriers of HBV carriers were selected and HBsAg, HBeAg, HBcAb were all positive. The patients were divided into two groups: ALT elevated group (A group) and ALT normal group (B group). TRF and PAB contents of each group were detected by German Delin BN specific protein analyzer. Results The levels of TRF and PAB in group A and group B were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01), and those in group A were lower than those in group B (P <0.05). Conclusion Asymptomatic HBV carriers have been impaired in hepatocyte function. Detecting serum levels of TRF and PAB can early reflect the degree of hepatocellular damage in HBV carriers.
