目的 :观察远洋航行对船员肺功能、血氧饱和度的影响 ,为制定远航人员卫生保障措施提供科学依据 ,方法 :分别于远航前 1周及远航第 35天采用常规生理检测仪器 ,对观察对象的肺容积、肺通气功能及血氧饱和度进行检测。结果 :远洋航行前后比较 ,肺容积、肺通气功能无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;血氧饱和度远航前为 (98.0± 1.3) % ,远航第 35天为 (97.5± 1.2 ) %。结论 :在为期 35d的远洋航行期间 ,船员肺功能变化不明显 ,提示 ,远洋航行对船员健康不至于造成危害。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of ocean voyage on the lung function and oxygen saturation of seafarers and to provide a scientific basis for the development of sanitary protection measures for voyagers.Methods: Conventional physiology testing instruments were used respectively on the first week before voyage and the 35th day on voyage. Lung volume, pulmonary ventilation and oxygen saturation. Results: Before and after the ocean voyage, there was no significant difference in lung volume and pulmonary ventilation (P> 0.05); oxygen saturation was (98.0 ± 1.3)% before voyage and (97.5 ± 1.2) %. CONCLUSIONS: During the 35-day long-sea voyage, there was no obvious change in lung function of seafarers, suggesting that ocean-going navigation would not endanger the crew’s health.
