英国工党比万派的机关刊「论」双周刊在九月二十五日发表了一篇文章,题目是:「宣布独立——我们不要那些美元」。路透社说:比万派是在要求工党发表英国脱离英国的「独立宣言」。大家知道,美国的杰佛逊曾在一七七六年起草了一个著名的宣布美国脱离英国的「独立宣言」,那时候,美国十三州是英国的直辖殖民地。但是,在一百七十六年之后的今日,却轮到英国向美国来宣布独立了。
