天然石墨属可浮性最好的矿物之一。目前,国内外对于鳞片状石墨主要采用浮选回收,一般可从品位5~10%的原矿中选出含碳80~90%的精矿。但是,如果试图获得鳞片少受破损的更优质石墨精矿则较困难。通过石墨选矿试验与设计,在对原矿特性进行深入研究的基础上,参照国内外同类矿山的生产经验,在设备配置与工艺流程上作了一些改进。几年来的生产实践表明,设计流程较合理,选别指标较高。现将鲁山石墨矿选矿工艺的特点论述如下: 1.原矿性质简述鲁山县石墨矿矿体多呈层状,属小型贫晶质鳞片状石墨矿床。矿石中主要有用矿物为石墨,其次尚有微量金属矿物黄铁矿、磁铁矿、褐铁矿、赤铁矿及铁金红石等。脉石矿物主要有透辉石、斜长石、石英、微斜长石、透闪石,其次为黑云母、白云母等。原矿中矿物成份及多项分析见表1、表2。
Natural graphite is one of the best flotation minerals. At present, the scaly graphite at home and abroad mainly flotation recovery, generally from the grade 5 ~ 10% of the ore selected carbonaceous concentrate 80 ~ 90%. However, it is more difficult to obtain higher quality graphite concentrates with less flaky scales. Through the graphite beneficiation test and design, based on the in-depth study of the ore properties, referring to the production experience of similar mines at home and abroad, some improvements have been made in the equipment configuration and process flow. Over the past few years of production practice shows that the design process is more reasonable, sorting index higher. Now Lushan Graphite beneficiation process characteristics are as follows: 1. Ore nature of the Lushan County graphite ore body mostly stratified, is a small poor-scale flake graphite deposits. The ore is mainly useful for graphite, followed by trace metal minerals pyrite, magnetite, limonite, hematite and iron rutile. The gangue minerals are mainly diopside, plagioclase, quartz, slightly plagioclase, tremolite, followed by biotite, muscovite and so on.
