在经济全球化的进程中,最激烈的竞争表现为软实力的竞争,而自主知识产权创新能力则是表征软实力的关键。因此一个国家、一个地区要想取得长足的发展,必须提高自主创新能力。本文自主创新的概念内涵进行了研究基础上,分析了长三角16市自主创新产出现状。然后,通过2003年至2011年的专利统计研究长三角区域自主创新产出的空间相关性。最后提出加强区域创新合作,构建自主创新研发联盟的政策建议。
In the process of economic globalization, the most fierce competition is the competition of soft power, and the innovation ability of independent intellectual property is the key to characterize soft power. Therefore, if a country or a region wants to make great strides, it is necessary to improve the capability of independent innovation. Based on the research on the connotation of independent innovation, this paper analyzes the status quo of independent innovation output in 16 cities of Yangtze River Delta. Then, through the patent statistics from 2003 to 2011, we study the spatial correlation of the output of independent innovation in the Yangtze River Delta. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the regional innovation and cooperation and construct the R & D alliances.
