目的:探讨和分析异位妊娠在基层医院诊断以及临床治疗效果。方法:选取60例在我院接受治疗的异位妊娠患者,采用回顾性整理和分析这52例患者的诊断以及临床治疗资料。结果:选取的52例异位妊娠患者中有36例患者采取了开腹手术治疗,治疗效果非常好;16例患者采取药物的治疗方式,其中有4例患者治疗疗效非常好,2例患者转为手术,手术治疗效果好;其余2例患者转诊。结论:对于异位妊娠,应该根据患者的实际病况选择药物治疗或者手术治疗,有必要时应该转诊上级医院继续进行治疗。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the diagnosis and clinical effect of ectopic pregnancy in primary hospital. Methods: Sixty cases of ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital were selected, and the diagnosis and clinical treatment data of 52 cases were retrospectively analyzed and analyzed. Results: Thirty-six of the 52 ectopic pregnancy patients were treated with open surgery and the treatment effect was very good. Sixteen patients were treated with drugs, of which 4 patients had very good curative effect and 2 patients For surgery, surgical treatment effect is good; the remaining two patients referral. Conclusion: For ectopic pregnancy, patients should be based on the actual choice of medical treatment or surgical treatment, if necessary, referral to the higher hospital to continue treatment.
