常德地区多属湘北茶区,部分属湘西茶区。所辖八县一市有茶叶生产,桃源、石门两县及国营东山峰农场已由省人民政府批准为我省第一批茶叶出口基地。全区年产茶叶15万余担,其中炒青绿茶占总产量的10%左右。由于地理与资源等特定条件,常德绿茶有着明显的质量优势。因势利导发展常德地区绿茶生产,不仅对进一步调整全区农村产业结构,发展创汇农业,增加国家、集体与茶农收益有着十分重大的意义,而且对改善全省的商品绿茶贸易也不乏积极的作用。本文试通过常德炒青绿茶的历史、现状与前景分析,谈几点不成熟的建设性意见,供有关方面参考,或将对发展生产略有裨益。
Changde area are mostly Xiangbei tea, part of Xiangxi tea. Under the jurisdiction of eight counties and one city has tea production, Taoyuan, Shimen two counties and state-owned Dongshanfeng farm has been approved by the provincial people’s government for the province’s first batch of tea export base. The district produces more than 150,000 teas of tea annually, of which about 10% of the total output is made of green tea. Due to the specific conditions of geography and resources, Changde green tea has obvious quality advantages. Making the best use of green tea production in Changde will be of great significance not only to further adjust the industrial structure of rural areas in the region, to develop foreign-funded agriculture, and to increase the returns to the state, to collectives and farmers, but also to the improvement of green tea trade across the province. This article tries to pass the history, current situation and prospect of Fried Green Tea in Changde to talk about a few immature constructive suggestions for the reference of the relevant parties, or will be of some benefit to the development and production.
